2) Proposed Slate of Officers for 2021-2022.
Originally our Election was scheduled to take place from 6 to 8 p.m.; however, after attending numerous trainings conducted by our National Office, we have been advised that:
1) Our Polls must be open a minimum of 4 hours, no exception
2) We must hold an Election even though there are no challenged positions in accordance with National Bylaws.
So in attempting to comply with National Bylaws, our Branch Election will be held:
- Monday, November 16th, from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. , via Zoom.
- A Zoom link will be sent to ALL eligible members and our Election Supervisory Committee by Friday, November 13th.
- Members will be able to log into Zoom between 1:30 and 5:30 p.m. and answer the question of whether you accept the Proposed slate by clicking on YES or NO.
- On the same date at 6 p.m., we will have our regular General Membership meeting. Program is pending, although we are hoping to have a discussion on the 2020 General Election. Our Branch Election results will be announced during the meeting by our Election Supervisory Committee.
